You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of company error (receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Items that are opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or refused entirely.

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.
