We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 10-day return window all returns will be subject to a restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All box sets must be returned with the box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for international orders at this time.

You can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if shipping or delivery errors are made on their accord (input of incorrect address, forgetting to include an item on the order, etc.)

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photo or video proof showing the item in unused, unopened, and original condition with all original packaging. Returns without proof will be denied.

If a return is accepted, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval with valid tracking. Late shipments or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.
