  • What is your refund policy?

    Returns

    We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 10-day return window all returns will be subject to a restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All box sets must be returned with the box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for international orders at this time.

    E-book products are non-refundable once they have been delivered.

    To start a return, you can contact us at author@ksdiggs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping and handling fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    Refunds typically take several business days to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund within two weeks, please contact us or your bank for further assistance.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    Yes, we offer exchanges in two cases:

    1. There has been an error in your order: If you received the wrong item or there was a mistake in your order, please reach out to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct one.
    2. If you ordered the wrong book: If you accidentally ordered the wrong book, you can still request an exchange. In this case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping and any price difference between the books you wish to exchange for. Once we receive the returned item and any additional payment, we’ll send you the book you wanted.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

    The ability to change or cancel an order may depend on the status of the order. Please contact our customer service at author@ksdiggs.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

  • What happens if my order wasn't delivered due to a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect shipping address?

    If your order couldn't be delivered due to a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect shipping address, it may be returned to us or held by the carrier for a limited time. Please check your tracking information for any updates. If the package is returned, please contact us to arrange reshipment or a refund.

    If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we’re happy to reship it once the address is corrected. However, as a small business, we require customers cover the cost of reshipping.

  • What is the processing and shipping time for books?

    Orders are typically processed 24 to 72 hours after business day reciept. Processing times may take longer on weekends and holidays. Shipping time for books can vary depending on your location, weather, and other external factors. For the most accurate information, please refer the tracking number received after your order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do ship internationally! However, free shipping does not apply for international orders. We also do not accept returns for international orders at this time. For more information on international shipping, please refer to our shipping policy on the website or contact our customer service.

  • Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on international orders?

    Yes, if applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees charged by their country’s customs agency.

    The merchant is not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or fees, nor for any delays caused by customs processing. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Refusal to pay these fees or duties does not warrant a refund.

  • Can I track my order?

    Typically, once an order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number. If you have not received one or if you're having trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • What should I do if I receive my order damaged or don't receive it at all?

    If you received a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement.

    If your package is marked as lost or delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 24 to 48 hours, as orders are sometimes mistakenly marked as delivered. In the meantime, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your building management office, if applicable.

    However, if you still haven't received your package please reach out to USPS to file a claim. They will investigate and either locate your package or declare it lost. Once it's officially declared lost, reach out to us, and we'll be happy to send a replacement.

  • What is the difference between Body Safety Box Sets 1 and 2?

    The difference between Box Set 1 and Box Set 2 is that each set includes a different version of the book "Where Hands Go: An Introduction to Safe and Unsafe Touch." Box Set 1 contains the girls' version of the book, while Box Set 2 contains the boys' version. All other books in both sets are the same and feature both boys and girls throughout.

    Both versions of "Where Hands Go: An Introduction to Safe and Unsafe Touch" have the same content and aim to educate children about safe and unsafe touch. The only difference is in the illustrations, where one book depicts a girl and the other depicts a boy. This is to ensure that all children can identify with the characters and understand the important messages about body safety and consent.

    Our books are great for children aged 2 to 10. It's best to introduce body safety concepts early, and our books provide age-appropriate content for each stage of development.

  • How often do you release new books?

    The release of new books can vary. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media to stay updated on new releases.

  • Do you accept bulk orders?
